How it works

Two stickers for you. Twenty seconds for the buyer.

There are only two people who touch OwnerVia: you at onboarding, and the buyer at delivery. Here's exactly what each of you does.

Getting a car ready

You · once per car

About 30 seconds per car. Scan it, stick it, and it starts selling, day and night.

Scan the VIN

Point your phone at the door-jamb VIN. OwnerVia identifies the exact year, make, model, and trim and pulls real NHTSA and EPA data for it. No typing.

~5 seconds

Confirm it's right

You'll see something like "2018 Ford F-150 XLT." Tap confirm. OwnerVia now knows the real specs and safety data buyers ask about — safety ratings, recalls, drivetrain, standard equipment, and more. Once the owner uploads their own manual, it can also answer fluids, warning lights, and maintenance schedules.

~10 seconds

Stick two stickers

The app assigns the car a numbered pair, both branded to your lot.

  • Shopper sticker, at the Buyers Guide: your after-hours salesperson. It goes on the Buyers Guide's plastic sleeve or a card beside it, facing out. A shopper walking your lot at 9pm scans it, gets real answers about this car, and can browse everything else you have in stock. When they're interested, they leave their number, and you have a warm lead waiting in the morning.
  • Owner sticker, inside the glove box: it goes home with the buyer. Put it on a clean, smooth, flat surface where the buyer sees it when the glove box opens (the inside of the glove box door works best). If that won't work, use an unused flat area of the driver-side door jamb. Never cover factory labels, the VIN, or safety information. It answers their questions for as long as they own the car, and when it's time for service, it sends them back to you.
~15 seconds

That's it. The car is live.

Set up once, not per car: tell us where buyers should book service (your bay or a partner shop) and add a coupon if you like.

That's the entire dealer workload

No data entry marathon, no odometer upkeep, no training. Scan, confirm, stick. A porter or salesperson can prep a car between customers.

The buyer at delivery

Buyer · once

The moment they drive off, they set up their own system — which quietly ties them to your lot.

Scan the sticker

They point their phone camera at the QR code — no app to download. It opens straight in their browser to their exact vehicle's assistant.

~5 seconds

Enter name, commute & mileage

Three fields on one screen. Entering their own starting mileage and commute is what lets the assistant time maintenance nudges — and it makes the system feel like theirs.

~15 seconds

Start asking

Done. They can ask anything about the vehicle and get answers from its real specs and safety data right away. Once they upload their own copy of the manual, they get page-cited answers from that too — branded to you for as long as you're an OwnerVia dealer.

instant

Then it works quietly in the background — pointed back at you

Answers, grounded & cited

Every "what oil / what's this light / how do I…" question answered from real vehicle data, plus their own uploaded manual when they've added one — page cited whenever it's sourced that way. Fewer calls to your desk.

Early service nudges

As the recommended mileage intervals approach, the buyer gets a gentle "watch for this" heads-up — and one tap to book with the destination you set.

Replacement moment

If the car's totaled or written off, the assistant points the buyer back to your lot for their next one — with your coupon.

Your name, in the car for years

Every sticker is branded to your lot. The buyer's whole relationship with the car runs through something with your name on it.

Bring one VIN. See it live.

We'll stand up the assistant for a real car off your lot during the walkthrough.
